Who We Are

3S Group Limited is a UK‑based technology company specialising in mapping, geospatial services, tracking systems, and cloud‑hosted software platforms. We operate primarily from Okehampton, England, and our supply chain includes:

  • UK‑based employees and contractors
  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers (primarily Microsoft Azure)
  • Hardware suppliers for GPS/LTE tracking devices
  • Software development partners
  • Professional service providers

Our business is considered low‑risk for modern slavery; however, we recognise that risks can exist in global electronics manufacturing and technology supply chains.

Our Internal Practices

Within 3S Group:

  • All employees work voluntarily and are free to leave their employment
  • We verify identity and right‑to‑work status for all staff
  • We do not charge recruitment fees
  • We ensure fair pay and safe working conditions
  • We maintain clear channels for raising concerns

We also provide training to relevant staff on identifying and preventing modern slavery.

Reporting Concerns

We encourage employees, contractors, and suppliers to report any concerns related to modern slavery. Reports can be made confidentially to senior management. All concerns are investigated promptly, and we do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises an issue in good faith.

Continuous Improvement

We review our policies, supplier relationships, and risk assessments annually. As our business grows, we will continue to strengthen our due diligence processes and supplier oversight.
